There is a wide range of possibilities: from standardized personality and strength inventories, to "reality checks" of plans and ideas, to personal action planning, to objective listening and coaching. Clarity will help you determine what is most appropriate and helpful, and will then work with you on an ongoing or one-time basis to help you best fulfill your leadership role.
